€95 per m²

If your existing patio base is concrete or tarmac and in good condition, resin can be laid directly on top. This is the most cost-effective option and avoids unnecessary disruption.

New base & resin patio

Priced after survey

If you have block paving, gravel or an unstable base, we’ll take it up and lay a new porous tarmac or concrete base. The price depends on access, levels and drainage. A new tarmac base needs roughly a week to cure, and concrete about four weeks, before we can lay the resin.

What is a resin bound patio?

A resin bound patio is created by mixing stone and resin together before installation. This creates a solid, porous surface that allows water to drain through rather than sit on top.

This makes resin patios ideal for:

  • Garden seating areas
  • BBQ and entertaining spaces
  • Pathways connecting outdoor areas
  • Low-maintenance outdoor living

We only install resin bound systems, as they provide the strength, drainage and finish required for long-term use.

No Hard Sell – Just Straight Advice

We don’t push products or rush decisions. We explain whether resin is suitable for your patio, show you colour options, and give you time to decide.

There’s no deposit required, and we’re happy to show you resin patios we’ve installed previously so you can see how they’ve held up over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a resin patio?

A resin patio is created using a resin bound system, where natural stone is mixed with resin and laid as one smooth surface. This creates a solid, seamless patio that’s comfortable to walk on and easy to maintain.

No. Resin bound patios have a naturally textured finish, and anti-slip is standard. They also drain water through the surface, helping to keep the area puddle-free.

In some cases, yes. If your existing patio base is concrete or tarmac and suitable, resin can be laid directly on top. If the surface is slabs, gravel or uneven, it will need to be removed and replaced with a new base.

When installed correctly on a proper base, a resin patio can last many years with minimal upkeep. Regular sweeping and gentle washing are usually all that’s needed.

You can usually walk on a resin patio after 24 hours. We recommend waiting around 48 hours before placing furniture back to allow the surface to fully cure.
