Resin Driveway in Ireland
If you need a surface that feels softer underfoot but still looks neat and stays stable, resin bound rubber bark is a strong option. It’s commonly used for play areas, schools, garden zones, and pathways where comfort and safety matter.

We used to get puddles everywhere and it was a nightmare to manage. They also got it finished just before my mother’s birthday, exactly as promised. We didn’t want the place being worked on while the family and the kids were coming over to celebrate. Everyone loves the new garden look and the resin looks great. When we’re ready, we’ll be getting our driveway done too. Cheers Lads AdamPosted on Lorna RitchieTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. When installed correctly
Resin Driveway Ireland
Check use, access, and base suitability
Tidy borders for long-term stability
We prepare the surface to support the system properly
We provide simple aftercare guidance
Laid evenly for a consistent finish
If your existing driveway is tarmac or concrete and in good condition, we can install a resin bound surface directly on top. This is the most cost-effective option.
If you have block paving, gravel or an unstable base, we’ll take it up and lay a new porous tarmac or concrete base. The price depends on access, levels and drainage. A new tarmac base needs roughly a week to cure, and concrete about four weeks, before we can lay the resin.
Tell us your area size and how the surface will be used, and we’ll guide you to the right solution with a straightforward, transparent quote.

Yes. Rubber bark is specifically designed for play areas and provides a softer, impact-absorbing surface. It’s commonly used in gardens, schools, and playgrounds to help reduce the risk of injury while children play.
Yes. Unlike loose bark or gravel, rubber bark is bound together to form a stable, seamless surface. This prevents movement, spreading, or mess, even with regular foot traffic or active play.
Absolutely. Rubber bark works very well in gardens, particularly for play zones, pathways, and seating areas. It blends naturally into outdoor spaces while remaining comfortable underfoot.
Yes. Rubber bark is designed to withstand rain, frost, and everyday outdoor conditions. It drains well, doesn’t become muddy, and keeps its structure and appearance throughout the year.
Very little. Occasional sweeping or rinsing is usually enough to keep the surface clean. Because it doesn’t break down like natural bark, it won’t need frequent topping up or replacement.
